Kim Stevens, Program Manager at the North American Council on Adoptable Children (NACAC), directs efforts to expand post-adoption services. She is a collaborative partner in two federal curriculum development projects and takes a lead on legislative advocacy efforts. Kim provides training and consultation on child welfare, foster care, adoption, positive youth development, advocacy and leadership, trauma and recovery, and youth permanency issues, both nationally and internationally. She and her husband, Buddy have six children, four of whom were adopted from the public foster care system.
